Gym Addition to house: Added to your house to give you 5% of your PL per day while training instead of 2%. - 150 Zen
House Sized Gravitron: Added to your house to let you train under gravity. - 500 Zen
EARTH:
Weighted Clothing: Increase the PL you gain by 50% but decrease your PL and Speed by 25%. - 200 Zen
Extra Heavy Weighted Clothing: Increase the PL you gain by 100% but decrease your PL and Speed by 50%.- 400 Zen
Dragon Radar: Lets you find Dragonballs faster. - 70 Zen.

Bionics: Changelings have no regenerative abilities so when they lose a body part they cannot

Fusion Earrings: Pair of earrings that allow two people, each wearing one, to fuse into one character. This fusion is not permanent, once one of the earings is removed the two characters unfuse. Can be bought in either Spirit City or Kaioshin's Planet. -500 Zen for 2.

Old Saiyan Armor: Reduces damage recieved in battle by about 5%, Breaks after too much damage. -150 Zen

Regenerator: Regenerates a Warrior. Placed in all ships made on Frieza except Sayain Space Pod. Takes 1 day to regenerate. -75 Zen (same effect as hospital)
Saiyan Regenator: Space Pod version of the regenerator. Takes 1 day to regenerate. -75 Zen

Tree of Might Seed: When it's planted, the planter should watch over it for one week without training or learning any moves. After a week, the seed will sprout, and give you a Fruit of Might. You can eat the Fruit for 100% of your current PL and stats. Each seed only produces 1 fruit. -600 Zen.
KONATS:
Konats Space Pod: Holds 2 people and takes 1 day to travel to other planets. Cannot be updated (gravitron, gym). -300 Zen
Ocarina: A simple musical instrument that has magical healing properties. It can heal 15% HP in battle, but uses up the player's turn. Out of battle, it can revive KO'd warriors, eliminating the need for hospital regeneration. (The ocarina can't be played by unconscious warriors, obviously) -500 Zen.
MECHANICAL PLANET M2:
M2 Starsearcher: Holds 3 People and takes 2 days to travel to other planets. -125 Zen
Mechanical Suit: Increases PL by 75% decreases speed by 15% points. -250 Zen
